With over a decade of pizza-making experience, Marco is the mastermind behind our dough. Born and raised in Naples, he infuses traditional Italian techniques with a Hackney twist. When he’s not hand-stretching sourdough or experimenting with new toppings, you can find him sharing his culinary secrets with aspiring chefs at local workshops. Marco believes that every great pizza starts with a story, and he can’t wait to share his with you!

From crafting innovative sauces to experimenting with seasonal toppings, Sophia believes in pushing the boundaries of flavor. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys hosting pizza nights with friends, teaching them her secrets to the perfect slice!
